Technical Service
The Technical Department is formed by of a team of well-trained staff who are committed to providing quality service performed to international standards.The department is divided into the Hearing Aid Section and the Audiometer Section. Below is a list of the technical services they regularly offer:

 

 

 

Hearing Instrument Repair
Engineers and technicians from the Hearing Aid Section provide timely and high quality repair service for all hearing impaired clients. They are responsible for repairing all types of Phonak hearing aids including assistive listening devices and FM systems. The standard turn around time is 2-3 working days. In case of emergency, a hearing aid may be loaned or the faulty hearing instrument will be attended to and returned to the client in good working order within the same day.

Audiological Equipment Repair
We offer fast and high quality audiometer and audiometric equipment repair service for all hospitals, clinics and health centres. Apart from repairing audiometers and hearing aid analyzers, we also provide all related technical assistance and support whenever necessary.

Audiometric Equipment Calibration
All calibration and preventative maintenance check service will be performed according to the international standards. As a hearing health care professional, we fully recognize the need for properly maintained equipment. And we are sure this is your real concern too. Under our Preventative Maintenance Program, our technicians will go to your site regularly and adjust each piece of equipment according to manufacturer's specifications. Upon completion of the service, a certificate with updated calibration data will be given to you for your records.

Technical Training
Professional and specialized training will be offered regularly to all those who wish to make full use of the audiological equipments that they have purchased or intend to purchase. This includes proper use of all audiometers and hearing aid analyzer, the technique of calibrating audiometric instruments and electroacoustic equipment.
